House Note — On This Piece

The point of a great crewneck is that it photographs better than it cost you.

This one is the house’s opening statement. We took our heaviest cotton, brushed it twice, and put the directive directly on the back: Please Forward My Mail to the Riviera. Three ports, in order — Monaco, Cap Ferrat, St Tropez — chain-stitched in cream on forest, or navy on ecru.

The fit is engineered for the boat and the terrace, in that order. Roomy across the shoulder. Tapered at the cuff so the sleeve does not roll up when you’re holding a glass. The neck is ribbed twice over so it sits properly after twenty crossings between cabin and deck.

We make a single run a season. When it’s gone, it re-enters circulation the following spring — or it doesn’t. Request access to receive word.
