House Note — On This Piece

The travel pant. The actual one.

We made these to do one thing: be worn from a 5 AM car to a noon swim without changing. The waistband is the most engineered part — a wide elastic band hidden under a folded drawstring, so the line stays clean when you sit, stretch, or stuff things in the side pockets.

The fabric is our heaviest loop-back cotton from Biella, garment-washed to soften the hand and reduce shrinkage past the first wash. The cut is high-rise, wide through the leg, and finished with a slightly elasticated cuff that doesn’t cinch — sits flat over a sliders or a loafer.

The hip mark is embroidered in tonal cream — visible up close, quiet from a few feet away. The only logo on the piece.
